We are delighted to announce that between the 17th October 2017 and 30th March 2018, excluding Christmas and New Year period, the final stage of the room refurbishment and development program will be taking place throughout the hotel. This does mean that building work will be carried out in the hotel during the day, which includes a small number of guest bedrooms, hallways and some public areas of the hotel. The Carnoustie Golf Hotel is home to Calders Bistro, a newly refurbished restaurant that serves a range of classic Scottish dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Open from 12pm until 9.30pm, it is the ideal place to enjoy a formal lunch or dinner, and guests will be impressed by the extensive wine list and selection of Scottish malt whiskies.
